Help! No picture

Went to take my Tosh 36" Picture frame (1yr old) out of standby (just put it one while I went out to the shops) and it wont. I've got red light on the front, the remote does nothing (but still works the dvd so the battries are OK).

There is just a black screen, it does flash when switching on and off and make that little click after switching on but NO picture.

Is it shagged? or is there something I should do to reset it?
