Difference between PD30 and PD30C?

What difference does this letter mean please?

Would people advise against on-line retailers? Are big stores more likely to deal with returns?

Cheers (sorry to keep asking questions)

C=Cabinet i.e. built-in stand. Some retailers will omit the C even if they include the stand but it's best to check Many have found John Lewis the best to deal with if you have problems. Do a search for "John Lewis" and you'll see many posts on the subject
