Convergence Problems

Hi,

I have a Panasonic PS1 and I am generally pleased with it. However, there seems to be a convergence probelm to the left of the screen, affecting the outer 3 inches. Backs on a white background look purple. This is confirmed by the THX grid pattern.

It is annoying me a bit - should I accept it or ask for a replacement (on my second tv now). I purchased the tv from JL

Thanks in advance for your advice
