Newbie - Which TV

I am want to buy a new TV. Picture Quality/Sound and reliability are the most important factors for me. I have £1,500 to spend and I am looking at the following models

Loewe Aventos 3981ZW (32") - seen it for £999 incl delivery
Toshiba 36ZP38B (36") - lowest price so far is £1,368
Philips 32PW9617 (32") - £980
Sony KV36FS76U (36") - £1,349

I have seen a lot of postings about Pixel Plus so I am worried about Philips. The sony is very good but only 50Hz. The Tosh has had a lot of good reviews so it seems to be my favourite followed by the Loewe Aventos.

Can anybody recommend a better model or have better suggestion on how to spend my money.

Confused.

The Sony is 100Hz DRC-MF, switchable to DRC-50.

Add the Panasonic 36PD30 to that list, as well as the Loewe Mimo.

Went down to my local panasonic dealer any they will do me a TX36PD30 with 5 year warranty, delivery, install and freeview unit for £1,799. In store demo was very good compared to the PL30.

Is it worth the extra compared to the 36ZP38B tough ? Aventos was very good but I didn't like the 'look' of the Mimo.
