A friend of mine has a Thomson 25DG17U (I think that's the model).

The problem is the TV does not seem to 'remember' or 'Autoswitch' to the correct format.

NTL is connected via Scart to AV1 but it seems to zoom the picture in. Only when altering the picture format to 16:9 does it display the correct image.
When you turn to AV2/Turn off and then back to AV1 it has reverted to the zoomed image and needs to be altered again.

NTL is outputting 16:9. I am not sure what else to change.

Do I need to do something via a service menu ? Does she just have to live with it ?

Any advice ?
