Hi guys

right, i am looking into buying a 28" tele but cant make my mind up as to which one to go for..

can you help?

i have a new tosh sd300 dvd player (from amazon - £80) which i will use with it

i was looking at Toshiba 28ZD26P but u guys are saying it buzzes so i am confused now..

what do u guys think of the panny tx28ps12c - £530 delivered from empire direct? any good?

i have £700 to spend on a good 28" tele.. please recommend me a good one and the place to buy

i will add my own sound setup, so sound on tele is not important!

Ganda - I wouldn't worry too much about whether or not a television's got 100hz as to my and quite a few people's eyes it introduces a lot of nasties to a picture.

For £700 I'd probably recommend a Sony, but can't remember the model numbers for the life of me.

Equally you could say that 50Hz flicker introduces a lot of nasties....

Radiohead - you're unlikely to notice it on a 28" screen!

I had a 100hz JVC and could not live with it. I have recently purchased a Panasonic 28PS1 (50hz) from JL and I am really pleased with it. Have a look it can be had for less than £400. For 28" I would recommend 50hz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy shopping
