Quick Sony TV Question

I'm on my 4th replacement Sony set now (FQ75 scrollies and now buzzing/screen impurities on my FQ80)

To cut a very long and tedious story short, I have now been offered an NX200 as a direct replacement for the FQ80, which has now been discontinued.

Is this a good set or would I be better asking for another FQ80?

Thanks for any input.

NX200 contains built-in digital decoder. I've had the 36" version since last year and no problems so far.
