Toshiba 36ZP48 Problem

Got a problem with my Tosh 36ZP48 which is about 3.5 years old. Since Saturday the picture has been fuzzy and sort of cel shaded as if it is tuned incorrectly or picking up interference. This occurs with the aerial channels, Sky and video. However, the DVD which is running through component has a perfect picture on it. As soon as you switch the DVD to scart it goes the same as all the other channels.

Luckily I bought from JL so is covered with the 5 year warranty and they are sending an engineeer. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Thanks
