Samsung WS-32Z419 worth it?

i don't know if live ebay links can be posted here, so i won't, to be on the safe side. anyway, there's a WS-32Z419 on sale for £189.99, available to pick up from a warehouse in wembley. now, the stuff that worries me about this set, is the issues with it - geometry and the like. though, on the site it does say"Onsite Engineers fully check TV technically and cosmetically before the sale" , which gives me a little hope. i will be using it for freeview viewingand ps3 gaming, through hdmi. i can't justify paying double for an lcd, when the crt should be fine, if it doesn't have the geometry issues etc. do you think i should take the plunge and go for it, or get a 32" panasonic lcd for over double the price?

Re: Samsung WS-32Z419 worth it?

My 419 is now over 2 years old and still working OK but I did not have any major geometry issues with it when purchased for £499. I use it with Sky HD, PS3, 360 over HDMI but if it broke down as its out of warranty I would not bother getting it fixed.

Assuming its new for that price you could buy it and if you dont like it take it back!
