Toshiba 28N23B Screen Problems?

I have a Toshiba 28N23B 28" Tv and i have had problems with the screen for about 6 Months been looking for a new tv but no Luck

The problem is the tv goes to a yellow/Green colour and stays like this for most of the time and now and again the screen goes back to normal. Wondered if anybody knows of anything i can try to do to fix it

It's a Vestel AK37 chassis.

Possible it's the tube.

Does that mean there is nothing i can do myself?

No. Unless you're a TV engineer.

But I hate to condemn anything without seeing it.
