New panasonic pixel+ similar TV?

Is this Pansonics version of Pixel+ ?
Has anyone seen this new technology?

According to Homecinemachoice:
"...Panasonic has impressively taken on the challenge for the best picture perfomance in a CRT and is also setting new standards with the two T [tau] televisions TX-36PD30D and TX-32PD30D, which respectively feature 92 (86) cm and 82 (76) cm picture diagonals. The innovative solutions for the unrivalled best television picture are called Acuity and Quintrix SR. Acuity can be defined as sharpness or definition. But acuity also stands for perfect viewing – the ideal term for an intelligent technology, which ensures complete and perfect image reproduction. Acuity increases the number of picture points (pixels) per line to 2,300 – more than double. The number of scanning lines is also increased from 625 to 833. This results in improved resolution and more sharpness of detail in the picture – it even has a three-dimensional effect.......The two new Panasonic TAU televisions are available on the market starting in May 2003 (TX-36PD30D) and June 2003 (TX-32PD30D)...."
