Exclamation philips service mode
hi ive got a philips 21" CRT tv uk model 21pt5407/05 and want to enter the service menu. the remote hasnt got a +i on it, thanx any help appreciated, also require manual to know if it will run ntsc signals via scart

The correct remote supplied with that model does have an "i" (info) button...2nd row of buttons down, 2nd from LHS.
