Buying a Panasonic TX-32PD50

Right, after having two choose between one of these, or a Toshiba Picture frame, I've chosen this as the Tosh seems to suffer froma a major fault, and I already have a a fairly old Panny TV which looks great. However, can I just clarify the TV is a good one? I'll be using it for:
  • Xbox 360 (576 prog scan via Component) - Games/Movies
  • Sky Digital (SD 480p via RGB) - General TV Watching
  • Sony PS3 (576 prog scan via component) - Games/Movies

Also, any major problems I should know about.
Any help will be greatly appreciated + thanked!
Cheers,
Ash.
