Digital audio input to Loewe Articos from DVD

Hi There,
I'm trying to connect a Pioneer DVD by RGB (only) SCART and Co-axial digital cable. I've connected to RGB AV3 and Dig input 1 on the TV. All seems setup in the TV menu correctly: all assigned to the correct place. However, I'm not getting any sound.
Anything I might be missing?
