I have the open stand as I like it much better thant he close one. The close one the glass door is not to my taste also only got one shelf. With the open one it look the Biz and got 2 shelfs

The hight of the stand is 18 1/2 inch on it own
The hight of the stand with tv on top is 40 1/2 inch

other measure ment such as width and dept is the same as the tv

ok thanks very much

i still haven't made my mind up which amp i'm getting yet but it'll most probably be either the sony 1080 or the yamaha 630rds in silver

i'm hoping the open stand having 2 shelves will take that amp, pioneer 606d dvd player, vcr and my sky digibox

thanks for that.
Has anyone got a closed stand they can tell us the height of?!
I dont reckon all my kit will fit: Yamaha DSP-A5, Sony NS900v, Sky box, Video (for the kids and wife), X box.
So alternative arrangements will need to be made!
