Audio from analogue channel can be heard over Sky

I have a Philips 28DW6557/05 CRT with Sky+ and a Philips Streamium SLM5500 connected to the Ext1 and Ext2 scart sockets respectively. A problem has recently become apparent whereby, when watching digital TV via Sky, I can hear faint audio from an analogue channel in the background.
If I disconnect the RF aerial the sound vanishes, likewise when I disconnect the Ext1 scart.
Also if I turn of the TV then turn it back on again the overlapping sound can't be heard until I scroll the the inputs past the analogue channels and back to Ext1.
I recently had everything connected through a scart splitter as I had a DVD/HDD recorder in the setup and only two scarts on the TV, so I thought that was to blame. I've removed this now and everything's connected directly but the problem remains.
Anyone know what this could be?
TIA

This is quite a common problem and is usually caused by "Crosstalk"...take a read here for further info and a cure.

Thanks for that JayCee; I might give the solution a try. Meanwhile I've worked around the issue simply by tuning the analogue tuner to no signal but this isn't really a solution.

Agreed it works but is a bit fiddly.
Try modding the scart as detailed in the link...that usually cures it.
Good luck.

Re: Audio from analogue channel can be heard over Sky

I removed pins 1 and 3 from the scart and it worked perfectly - no extraneous audio at all. Thanks
