For the attention of Mr D

Hello Mr D,

I hope you don't mind this question, but I'm told you're the man!

I've got a problem with my JVC CRT TV (model no. AV 29SX4EK) which is resulting in a red 'tint' to the entire screen (very even, no 'stains'). I've tried de-gaussing and usual tint/colour settings but to no avail.

Any idea what could be causing it and do you think it's a component or software problem. Also do you know of any site where I can download a service manual (preferrable for nough!)?

I'd appreciate your help.

Regards
