Question Flat v Curved

I'm buying a home cinema set up with seperates and was going to buy a Panesonic 28" flat screen. BUT I'm now considering the Sharp JW32H37 which is a bigger 32" screen. However this is a curved screen. It seems you have to pay a lot more for a 32" flat screen and really my budget hovers at £ 500.
Does anyone have any experience of this TV?
What are the pro's and con's of Flat v curved?
Should I sacrifice flat for a bigger view?

Thanks
