TV (height) sizes including stands?

TV (height) sizes including stands?
no manufacture seems to give a size for the cabinet height as well - at least in the brochures. I am after the height (tv/cab combined) for the following sets

Sony FS76
Philips 9527
Sony FX66 (open stand)
