Help needed....

On the verge of purchasing a Panasonic TX32DK1 widescreen TV.

I believe they may now be a discontinued model but at £550 is tempting enough to take the plunge on my limited budget.

Can anyone reccomend the set, or indeed advise me against it?

I will use a Sky-Digibox, PS2 and DVD with the set and intend to upgrade to a home-cinema DVD system in the near future.

To this end I'm not too bothered about the Panasonics sound but would appreciate any advice on the picture - especially as far as playing PS2 games and watching DVD (inc some regions 1's) and SKY are concerned.

Many thanks

Hi there

I'm also on the verge of buying a new tv (see my post posted at virtually the same time as yours). I had been looking in the £550 region thinking that I could only get a 28" with that. Could I ask where have you found the 32" screen for that price? Also, is that a 100Hz version?

Cheers
G

Hello mate...

High Street store Powerhouse www.powerhouse.co.uk
have the set as their offer of the week for £550.

It's only 50hz and it's not pure flat but still seems like a bargain!
