Would is be possible for Tosh to add Pal Prog to the Strata TV's

Just wonderin' if it's possible, that, for a fee, Toshiba would be able to add Pal Prog to the Strata TV's, via a firmware upgrade and an engineer visit?

If it was possible, how much would you be willing to pay for the upgrade?

I'd personally pay around the £100 / £150 mark.

If enough people were interested, and the interest was directed to Tosh, perhaps they'd do it.
