sorry if i did some mistake, i'm not english.

What i would ask is that: in this model of panasonic, how can i access to service panel, tv's menu hidden to consumer?

It's very important because i have some problem with images and their geometry...

What is the problem?
It may be a fault and not correctable within the service menu.

The Geometry view can be partially fixed by service menu, i know it for personal experience

Obviously, it can't be fixed totally (it's impossible for all the crt tv actually on sale), but only reduced. Anyway, Geometry it's not a fault, but a regulation.

But service menu can't be reached normally, it's hidden, it isn't traditional tv's menu.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Hello Stelio,

I think JayCee is correct in saying it might not be service mode set up.

Grey scale is incorrect?
Video fault? Tuner I.F Dry joints
Check Electrolytic Capacitors in P/supply -primary and secondary stage.

If it is service mode set-up try :

Going on CH 60
set sharpness to MIN
hold Vol down on tv and at the same time Press Timeroff key on the remote.

or try

Bass to max
Treb to min
hold V down on tv and on remote key in INDEX key

To reset press V down on TV and at the same time STATUS key on remote.

Good Luck.
