I have a Panny TX-36PD30 which was replaced by the TX-36PD50

Yeah I have seen one in action, a superb set indeed, very natural picture.

The 32 and 36PD50 series were the very last models to be produced in the Cardiff factory. Everything after that is either made in Czech (large sets) or assembled elsewhere from boards made in Thailand (smaller OEM models).
