Sound Problems!!

hi i have a beko 21k194ns which is 21inch.i have a xbox and a ps2 connected to it and when i play on both of them,there is no sound coming out of the speakers.Even on high volume
any help would be helpful

You need to tell us how they are connected to the TV?
By RF? (Aerial socket), via the red/white/yellow phono connectors?, or by scart?

its connected with the red/white/yellow connecters with a scart connector

You have the picture, but no sound?
These scart connectors can be input or output...you may have the wrong one or it may not be fully plugged in.
The switchable type are better.

What do you mean by switchable type?
yes just the picture,no sound
