Try Windolene non smear For glass & shiny surfaces . It says on the label it can be used for television screens and vdu's .

It does a great job of cleaning the mess left behind by my 2year old, so I know exactly how you feel

Careful about using any cleaning product on coated glass (anti-static/reflective/glare) as many new TVs do.

Often a purplish refelction means the screen is coated. For these simply use water and kitchen roll. Dry thoroughly with dry kitchen roll. For stubborn marks use a **little** hand soap. And repeat as before.

Screen should then be as good as new!
