Flickering Hitachi

I have been searching through threads, and all I can see is for sony and tosh tv's.
I have a Hitachi C32WF523N, during commercials (especially E4 and Home & Liesure), DVD menues and scenes when watching a film on video, it sometimes flickers/jilts bars and the entire screen diagonally making it wobble all over.
Has anybody else had this problem, as I read in Home Cinema Choice July 02, that Sean Loughrey had a problem like this with a C36WF810N. The magazine replied that a value of a capacitor could be changed to suppress this.
Is this true?
