I have just ordered my 2nd 433HDE with tuner Box

as for the MXE its brand new, and not as user friendly, Do you still have your Sony R/p

interestingly enough I was in Empire direct a while ago, and the assistant dragged a Sony 44" R/P all the length of the store to do a side by side comparison of the Panasonic 42" plasma and the 50" Pioneer HDE

and The Plasma,s Looked stunning using DVD as a source.

Hi,
Yes I've still got the Sony.
I've ordered an MXE from Joe Fernand.I havn't had a demo. Can't find any.
I've seen the Hde locally, but I really wanted the 10bit processing
and DVI.

Please let us know how you get on. I am close to following in your tracks! Still watching AVSforum to see how the PWD5 and MP4 pan out but really want to go for the Pioneer 433MXE:

Looks great (I want the charcoal finish)
Everyone benefits from that extra inch
Better inputs than Panasonic (no shared comp/svid hassle)
Open architecture slot with third party upgrades available
Available now

Heck I've already convinced myself!!!

Hi Matt,
I'll let you know.
I've been weighing up the pros and pros for a while now too.
It seems with the upgradability of the slot,it can't be beaten.
Joe says hopefully I'll have it this week.
Also that extra inch is definately noticeable alongside a 42
Regards
Simon
