Question JVC HV28D40BK red line problems

Hi I was wondering if anyone would have any information on a problem with the above TV. I have already sent it to JVC once after it refused to turn on, remaining constantly in stand by, and after waiting nearly two months have finally got a replacement set. However there is now a new problem in that vertical lines of red flickering pixels appear randomly whenever the set is displaying blacks or greys at both 1080i and 480i/p. I don't know very much about CRTs but I dont think there dead pixels as wouldn't that mean that they'd be constantly read? Any help anyone could give would be great, I've posted a (poor camera phone) video of the lines on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELdb75s8f5o
for a better idea of the problem.
Thanks to anyone who has any ideas, hopefully will be able to get (another) replacement from JVC after two more months:P

That doesn't look right at all - it obviously hasn't been repaired properly.

Send it back.

Good luck with JVC btw - ask them to fix the lines at 1080i while they're at it.

Haha I will warbie it was such a let down lifting the (immensely heavy!) set onto its stand and wiring up the xbox to it only to find these damn lines, I'll get on the phone all day to them tommorow cos it'll undoubtably take that long
