Hi, I have a new KV-28LS60, which I believe is configured for the European market (UK is not an option on the set-up menu...). I chose Ireland instead and everything seems to work OK but it would be nice to re-configure this setting in Service Mode if it's possible. I see from a FAQ for the FX60 (?) Service Mode that the installation region can be changed but the LS60 seems to have a different Service Mode and I haven't found any documentation for it. Any ideas gratefully received! simk
