Am I expecting too much?

Bought a JVC 28" widescreen AV-28WFT1EKS 3 months ago.
Although the picture is really good the convergence is not very
good in the left top corner. The red clearly showing through.
Can anyone advise if I can get this corrected while under gaurantee or am I expecting too much for a £500 TV?
(My Akai 4:3 TV was better!).

No your not expecting too much.Give them a call,advising of your concerns regarding it failing to perform to spec and request it be checked out then adjusted or repaired/replaced as necessary.

first check that you haven't got any speakers that are not magneticaly shielded, too close to your tv.
