Which is teh Better Specification?

Which is teh Better Specification?

I have a choice of 2 TV's. I thought the first (HV-29VH14) is teh better specification, but the shop says the latter (AV-29MX75) is the newer, better model. Mind you, he only has teh latter in stock, anther shop has teh former. Main thing is a good picture and sound for watching satelliate TV (including football) and DVD's. Don't play games.
