If, like me, you're very budget concious then perhaps this might be of interest. The Grundig GUVCD2800 digital (freeview) tv is available for a shade under £200. I've had mine for under a week now and the picture is more than satisfactory (nice colours and contrast). I'm not sure if either of the two scarts are rgb (sadly my ignorance of why rgb is important still persists) but it's worth checking out if you want a no frills freeview widescreen at a very good price. For £70-£80 an extra three years warranty can be had which i'm considering. Before buying this i did see a Bush freeview tv also for just under £200 but noticed any vertical subjects - door frames etc - had a slight bowing to them.
Oddly there are two connectors at the back of the Grundig which aren't mentioned in the manual. One says 'control' and looks like a connection you'd get at the back of a computer and the other has no wording and is similar in size and looks to a modem connection. Any idea what these are?

My Phillips 32" WS now 5 yrs old has a modem type port for "upgrades" of the now defunct itv digital receiver that it has within... never used it, stopped caring
