help required about toshiba tv

anyone know if the toshiba 21so4b supports 60hz, as i have seen on web sites that it supports ntsc playback from vcrs, so does this mean it also supports 60 hz, as i want to play my video games console in the 60hz option, if this tv does support it i am gonna buy one.
