28" Widescreen TV £200-250 with 3 scarts?

Hi,
I am after a 28" widescreen tv with 3 scarts and 100hz (UK). I came across a JVC (AV32H5SK)but I read that the stand was weak and the TV was too heavy, priced approx £220 and 50hz. I also looked at a Toshiba (MV28Z )approx £249. I did want the slim fit Samsung but 32" is too big and 21" is too small and I can't find a 28" slim fit tv.

100hz is not an issue really but I read that it produces a better flicker free picture (?). Also doesn't the XBox 360 have a 100hz option? From my brief research Dixons offer the best prices online but I have been generally browsing and not searching for a particular model.

I did consider HDTV but at more than twice the price for a smaller screen its not worth it yet.

I actually read some negative things in this forum about 100hz and watching football so I will stick with 50hz.

I just found this telly JVC AV28T5s 28 INCH WIDESCREEN TV £235.99 - is it any good?
