Anyone know how to reset my Aventos?

I have been messing about ( I know it was daft to mess!) with my Denon 3910 firmware and may have sent some message to the TV.

Since this the TV's remote won't work and another remote that should do basic stuff doesn't work either.

Is there a way to go back to factory settings or similar to get the remote working

Doh!!

My wife found another remote with books resting on top of it!!!!!

It appears that this was interfering with the other remote signals
