Philips 28PW6451 or JVC AV28F3SJ

I am after a 28" WD CRT TV. Tescos are selling the Philips 28PW6451 and the JVC AV28F3SJ both for £200. Does anyone have any experience of either? Which of the two is better and would you guys recommend i get?
