Picture Quality Question

Hi, right now i only have a 21'' normal SD tv.

I got a 360 and im using the yellow, red, white plugs and ive stuck them into the coresponding plugs on the front of my tv.

What i wanted to know was i got a scart adapter with the 360 pack and was wondering if rgb scart is better quality than just using the 3 standard pins ?
