Hitachi 43" is it still available and where?

I really like this tv but I'm having problems finding it as it has been discontinued from what I hear. Anybody know of anywhere it is still available? Can't seem to find any online retailers with any left.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Courts in Wakefield are closing their electrical dept down, last time i was in there they had the 43" on show, give them a try.

Also try the satellite shop, you can get their details by doing a search on pricerunner, they are the only retailer showing this set.

Good Luck.

WILLDILL,
I am a member of the public, no connection to this shop, they are based in birmingham.
Check out the website.
They buy in bulk from Hitachi I think, the prices are very good.

Hi,
I am an engineer and part owner of an electrical Trade/Retail firm
called Pro-Vision Electronics. We specialise in the sale of graded products.
I have recently bought a quantity of Hitachi C43WP910 projection TV's. They
are all as NEW and come with a full 12 months warranty. I wouldn't normally
bother a news group but we are selling them for £1300 inc VAT !. If you are
interested phone on 0870 749 7134 or email sales@pro-vision.demon.co.uk.

Cheers

Gary.

WILLDILL,

take note that any of these 43"ers you find now WILL be ex-demo or graded stock and not NEW as the last new ones were sold in January.

You can prove this by checking the serial number on the back of the tv and on the box itself. If there is more than one serial label (one on top of another) then the tv has been sent back to Hitachi for repair and then rebadged with a new serial number. I know as this has happened to me twice before adn both tvs had problems.

So if you do go for a graded tv make sure it is at a good price (ie < £1500) and they offer the full 1year manufactuerers guarantee, cos the chances of you finding one in perfect nick now is 50-50 at best.

Good luck

Mafioso
