Hitachi Service Mode for CP 2966

Could anyone please tell me how to access the service mode to this TV, the Hitachi CP 2966?

Where are you based?
This is not a model known in the UK...or you have made a mistake in the model no.

Hi, I am based in Malta, but I am not sure of the origin. The exact model name is CP 2966 TAN, and it is based on the chassis of the CP 2856 TAN, and CP 2840 TAN.

Yes, I know what chassis is fitted to it now.
Can I ask why you need to go in to service mode?

The East - West scanning is not working well and ny tv technician needs it to re adjust the screen
