philips 9509 or TOSHIBA 32ZP48 or Samsung WS32Z409TQX

Need a new tv at the end of the month, cant afford an lcd (budget of about £400)

so ive been looking around and found the philips and toshiba 2nd hand for about 400 or get the samsung through work for 350. Now id like hd for upscaling dvd player (later to be hd) and the next gen consoles such as xbox360.
Which would be the best bet?
is it worth getting the samsung for the hd or go for one of the other 2... is the quality that much different between these 2 sd tv's compared to playing consoles and dvd's through hd on the samsung?

thanks in advance

I've been looking for a CRT also.
I ordered the Hd ready Samsung 5 minutes ago from Comet online. My main use will be with the xbox 360 which is why I opted for the HD.
Hopefully, it will also be ok for SD viewing.
