I have just bought this tv second hand, tv picture is reasonable, but lines travelling up the screen are quite visible, also i tried a DVD (Lord of the rings), and at the start, where it should be black, the picture is dark blue with fine lines around an inch apart travelling diagonally across the screen!

anyone have any ideas on these two problems. I have already tried switching the scart to composite. Been a while since i used the DVD but I don't remember it doing that before with my old tv.
Cheers
