Sanyo engineer remote code and default colour settings needed

Hi m8s

I have a Sanyo CE32WP%-B (phillips tube i think)

Anyway i need the engineer remote code to get into the service menu to make adjustments to the colour balance I know u have to press the buttons on the tv but forgot the remote key.
Also does anyone have the default colour settings for this model.

Is the greyscale off? i.e. do you have a predominance of one colour?...if so the crt is highly likely to be at fault and no amount of adjustment to the guns will make any difference.
