Sony picture modes

I have recently bought a new big Sony KP51PS2. It has a beautiful picture, especially on DVD via RGB. (I have also bought new Sony's DVD/SACD player DVP-NS900V that is a fantastic worth for money). It seems that everything on this set is correct: auto convergence works fast and accurate, DRC produces very filmlike picture, horizontal dispersion is better than on any RPTV I have seen. In one word: great. But, there is one thing I find odd: This set has only 3 picture modes (live, movie and personal). As on any Sony's TV set, only personal mode is adjustable. Unfortunately, first two modes look the same as they look on other Sonys: too much colour. I have tried with service menus, but it seems that even there only personal mode can be adjusted.
Does anybody know how to tweak those modes?
