Can I correct the overscan on my Panasonic ctp 2780sf (a CRT television) by myself or must I bring it to an authorized Panasonic service shop?

Where are you located?
This is mainly a UK-based forum.
There are no Panasonic TVs in the UK with that model no.

There is a US-Based forum www.avsforum.com where you are more likely to get some help and assistance as that model is not used in UK/Europe.
