Charity!!!!!!!

I Brought my FC60Z from JL two years ago, in the past two weeks i've noticed vertical curving towards the bottom of the screen from both sides.

In addition a grey smudge has appeared about 5" in from the left pointing downwards for about 6", it looks similar to a cleaning a really dirty set and missing a bit!.

The repair guys are a good as my nan at splitting the atom.

Any hints or tips??

Am I entitled to a new box if they dont fix the big beast??

Please, Please, Please any suggestions! if not can you tell me why i'm being ignored?
