Thompson, anyone?

A TV shop nearby has a special offer on at the moment on Thompson TVs. But I've never seen a review of Thomson stuff - is it any good or should they be avoided like the plague?

Advice welcome - sooner rather than later so I can avail of the offer should the advice be positive!

Cheers
Finty

I have a Thompson 28 WS with Virtual Dolby.

I am extremely happy with it, especially for the price, pic is pin sharp, colours are defined and vibrant, geometry is v.good esp for a flat screen and it looks nice as a bit of furniture. Sound is fine for t.v. viewing
