Don't get me wrong. As I said, the service I received up until something went wrong was excellent and I'm sure (like this other bloke who replied) they have many satisfied customers. I am just not one of them. Their policy on returning goods is mind boggling and, in my opinion, no way to run an on-line business. I am simply sharing my experience with ordering my tv online from a location quite some distance away and would suggest (like the other bloke) that although the saving may be substantial, for piece of mind (or some come back) it might be wise to buy from somewhere you can get to with relative ease.
I also have to say that if I am paying the best part of a grand for something, I expect it to be perfect. Not "almost perfect" or "that'll do", but perfect. Having read the boards, I had no idea that ws-tv's were such tempremental beasts.
Any suggestions on alternatives to the KV32FX65 by the way? Budget about 1k. Sound not important (marantz/mission av setup in place), 32" pref but not ess, 100Hz for dvd pref.
