Toshiba 32W8DB

A chap at work is selling a Toshiba 32W8DB which is 2-3 years old. I'm debating whether I should buy it or not.

I've had a quick look around it doesn't look as though they're still selling that model so I have no idea how much it originally cost.

Anyone know how much it originally cost and have any idea how much you think it's worth now (ie. what I should offer for it?)
