36zp48 - flickery picture when using progressive scan?

hi there

my shiney 36zp48 arrived today, and i'm chuffed (except i had to carry it up the stairs and into my flat due to *useless* delivery drivers)..

anyways, i've got it all set up, and i've noticed that on progressive scan from my dvd player (a toshiba 340 thinger, using component cables) it looks like the tv is only running 50hz.. now this kinda makes sense, but i'm not sure - so do you lot all get flickery pictures too? do you just put up with them? (i'm aware i have sensitive eyes when it comes to that).. i cant really see *much* difference between the 2 so i guess i might stay on normal scan

There's a lot more flicker if I switch our DVD player to progressive and input through component, than if I input through RGB and switch the telly to progressive.

Can't see ANY difference in picture quality between component and RGB - maybe I just have really good RGB scarts - they were expensive - so guess which input I use!
