Loewe Aconda 9281HD + PC: Component-SCART vs VGA

Hi everyone !
I've been hanging around here for a while and after recent purchasing
a Loewe Aconda 9281HD I have a question:
Has anyone tried/compared the component-SCART input from a PC vs VGA
input ? Which one is of better quality and which one is worth using ?

Component maxes out at 720x576 interlaced, while VGA can be pushed up to 1024x576 progressive (at 50Hz). Not much contest there.

Quick question!

I've just ordered an older Articos, will I be able to use the VGA upgrade with it because we are looking at getting a second PC so I could also try this out!

As far as I know VGA upgrade is an option for an Articos 32.
Local dealer told me that people who bought Loewe TVs some years ago, the ones that have older chassis still order the new upgrade kits and they fit.
